By accessing or using MYPEAK.AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

MYPEAK.AI is an athletic training optimization platform that provides personalized daily training recommendations based on your recovery data from connected wearable devices.

The Service includes:

• Daily Morning Readiness scores
• Training recommendations (train hard, train easy, rest)
• Integration with wearable devices (Polar, Whoop, Oura, Strava, Garmin)
• HRV, sleep, and recovery tracking
• Training load analysis

You must create an account to use MYPEAK.AI. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

Our recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only. You should:

• Consult with a physician before starting any training program
• Seek medical attention for health concerns
• Not rely solely on MYPEAK.AI for health decisions
• Discontinue use if you experience adverse effects

Use of MYPEAK.AI is at your own risk. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.

MYPEAK.AI offers subscription plans with the following terms:

• Free tier: Basic features, limited device connections
• Paid tiers: Full features, unlimited devices, priority support
• Billing occurs monthly or annually
• All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Service
• Share your account with others
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Harass or harm other users

All content, features, and functionality of MYPEAK.AI are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works

Your health data remains yours. We only use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold MYPEAK.AI harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harm other users or our systems
• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
